All Seasonal & Monthly sites must pay their own electric. There is $100 electric deposit, held on your account for the duration of your stay.​

​​CANCELLATION POLICY: If reservation is cancelled 8days or more there is a $10 administrative fee or 4% whichever is higher.

        Anything under 8 days there will be no refund given on deposit.  

          No refunds on holiday weekends!   

We do not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature.
