All seasonal sites must pay their own electric. There is $100 electric deposit, held on your account for the season.​

​CANCELLATION POLICY: If reservation is cancelled 8days or more there is a $10 administrative fee or 4% whichever is higher.

        anything under 8 days there will be no refund given on deposit.  

          No refunds on holiday weekends!
